Responsibilities:

1. Computer assembling and maintenance
2. Troubleshooting of desktop motherboard issues
3. Troubleshooting desktop application problems
4. Troubleshooting of network cabling issues
5. Configuring Microsoft Outlook
6. Installation of antivirus and virus cleaning
7. Configuring Wi-Fi routers
8. Troubleshooting network issues using ping, tracert, traceroute commands
9. Basic knowledge of Routing and Switching
10. IP addressing and Routing Protocols
11. Routing Information Protocol
12. Knowledge of Configuring IPv6 and IPv4
