Partner with our customers

You’ll be involved with projects from design through implementation, testing and sign-off. As the technical expert, you are expected to deliver the best solutions to our customers. As a Solutions Architect II, you will be responsible for:
Owning all technical delivery aspects of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions, including configuration, debugging, testing, and go live support.

Identifying service enhancements and potential problems, ensuring continuous improvements to the quality of our customer’s CIAM solution.

Partnering with other functional teams to resolve issues that arise during the implementation of a solution.

Being a trusted technical consultant for our customers, helping them navigate our product portfolio.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:
Have experience working with Python, HTML, Javascript and CSS

Have a problem solving mentality.

Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role.

Be fluent in using Restful APIs, POSTMAN, JSON, versioning and repositories (e.g. Git, bitbucket) and scripting languages

Possess experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) or Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions.

Have demonstrated experience in working in a DevOps environment with complete application development life cycle (e.g. developing, testing, monitoring and planning).

Be familiar with one or more software development principles and multiple environments architecture.

Experience troubleshooting web applications using standard development tools.
