Responsibilities:

1. Provide IT Infrastructure and Application Support.
2. Manage Retail IT Infrastructure Setups/Configuration.
3. Address Point of Sales support queries for store locations.
4. Provide L1 & L2 IT Support to all users across the organization.
5. Analyze and provide timely support to user queries and resolutions.
6. Maintain logs for day-to-day support activities.
7. Conduct Asset Management in Audit Scope.
