ABOUT THE TEAM: This role is within the Independent Software Vendors (ISV) team in Amazon Internet Services Private Limited (AISPL), working with ISVs in India. Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring success in building and migrating software applications and platforms onto AWS as a key member of the solution architecture team.
• Partnering with the account management team to formulate and execute a strategy to exceed revenue objectives through the adoption of AWS.
• Educating customers of all sizes on the value proposition of AWS and participating in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful operations in the cloud.
• Exhibiting thought leadership and evangelizing AWS Services through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public speaking events.
• Building deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates.
• Acting as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support functions.

THE ROLE: As a Solutions Architect, you’ll help your customers plan their successful cloud journey. You’ll solve complex, technical challenges so your customers can focus on their business. This includes using your knowledge to craft scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures.

Key qualifications include:

• Experience architecting, migrating, or transforming customer requirements to the cloud.
• Professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS or other cloud technology.
• One or more AWS certifications, e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Associate.
• Able to present to technical and business audiences (training, workshops, publications).
• 8+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or related role.
