Job Title: Lead DC Compliance Job Level: Sr Manager

Function: DC Operations Location: Pan India

Reporting to: VP Operations

Purpose of the Job

Is the main point of contact for compliance of the Hybrid/Private Data Center, and assist on all internal and external audits where IT inquiry is required.

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)
  1. Monitor activities of assigned IT areas to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures including monthly, quarterly, and annual account and activity reviews.
  2. Ensure execution of required testing and auditing activities for the Hybrid/Private Data Center compliance by internal and external parties leading to successful certification of the organization on an ongoing basis.
  3. Triages Change Management process issues and provides recommendations.
  4. Work collaboratively with Security Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to identify and manage privacy, data protection risks, and compliance requirements to help meet stakeholder expectations.
  5. Make broad recommendations on improving compliance-related processes and/or procedures as it pertains to the Hybrid/Private Data Center.
  6. Partner with RTX and MSP management and staff to implement solutions.
  7. Identify remediating controls and performance gaps compared to industry best practices to help gain stakeholder buy-in.
  8. Assist in the identification and management of IT security risks by assessing the current state of the Private Data Center.
  9. Prioritize improvements and conduct compliance projects to reduce risk and improve regulatory compliance.
  10. Coordinate and schedule required compliance training for employees who work with the Private Data Center team.

Educational Level

Any full-time Graduate/Diploma. BE/Btech/MCA.
