Position Title: Aircraft Technical Records Manager

Location: Vadodara (Hybrid – 25–30% office presence)
Overview
To oversee technical records project delivery across multiple clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. The role requires strong leadership to manage high-performing teams, optimize resources, and maintain compliance with international aviation regulations, while continuously improving processes to achieve excellence in aircraft asset lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
Project & Resource Management
- Plan, prioritize, and manage workloads across multiple clients.
- Ensure project delivery meets quality, timeliness, and compliance standards.
- Strategically allocate resources to meet business goals.
Performance Optimization & Strategic Alignment
- Drive continuous process improvement and embed best practices.
- Collaborate with quality, training, and product innovation teams.
- Ensure client priorities align with organizational objectives.
Team Development & Talent Management
- Mentor, coach, and build a high-performing technical records team.
- Foster collaboration, open communication, and accountability.
- Lead recruitment, structured performance reviews, and career development.
Project Delivery & Revenue Management
- Ensure contracted projects are delivered in alignment with revenue targets.
- Optimize resource utilization to improve profitability and efficiency.
Management Reporting
- Publish monthly project reports highlighting milestones, risks, and issues.
- Maintain accurate project demand plans aligned with revenue forecasts.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical / Aerospace / Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (preferred)
Experience
- 8+ years in aviation technical records and asset management
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial role
- Expertise in aircraft asset lifecycle management, lease agreements, audits & redelivery
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of aircraft technical records, maintenance programs, and compliance
- Familiarity with M&E systems like AMOS, Trax, Maintenix, OASES
- Experience with digital records management systems (e.g., flydocs or similar)
- Knowledge of EASA, FAA, ICAO regulatory requirements
