Role Description

The pilot will conduct safe and efficient flight operations, including pre-flight planning, route and fuel calculations, weather assessment, and coordination with air traffic control and ground operations.

Daily responsibilities include performing thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections, monitoring aircraft systems, and adhering to all company SOPs, aviation regulations, and safety standards.

The Airbus H160 Pilot will manage cockpit resource management, support mission-specific requirements, maintain accurate flight and technical logs, and participate in recurrent training and proficiency checks.

The role also involves clear communication with crew and passengers, supporting a premium service experience while prioritizing safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial or airline transport pilot license with helicopter rating, and Airbus H160 type rating or equivalent experience on similar platforms.
• Demonstrated flight hours and operational experience in multi-engine helicopter operations, preferably in corporate, government, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, airspace procedures, safety management systems, and standard operating procedures.
• Proficiency in flight planning, weather analysis, navigation systems, and cockpit resource management.
• Excellent situational awareness, decision-making skills, and ability to perform under operational and time-sensitive conditions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with crew, ground staff, and stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
• Commitment to high safety standards, continuous learning, and participation in recurrent training and simulator checks.
• Fluency in English; additional regional language skills are beneficial.
