Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc is seeking a highly skilled AIML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI systems in our Hyderabad office. The role emphasizes Python-based pipelines, API integration of LLMs (Azure favored), and scalable cloud deployments.

You will implement Prompt Context Engineering, build vector search pipelines, and drive CI/CD, observability, and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Python proficiency.
• Strong experience with LLM integration and RAG architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Prompt Context Engineering.
• Solid understanding of NLP concepts and transformer-based models.
• Experience with Vector DBs and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (Azure preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AIML solutions using Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Develop and optimize Prompt Engineering strategies for LLM-based systems.
• Build and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Integrate LLMs via APIs (Azure OpenAI preferred) into enterprise applications.
• Develop and orchestrate Agentic AI workflows with tool function calling.
• Implement vector search solutions using Vector Databases.
