Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions for complex business challenges.

You will design and implement AI/ML and Generative AI systems, optimize LLM-based apps on Azure OpenAI, and build RAG solutions with vector databases. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready AI deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with ML frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience with major AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).
• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Azure AI Search, ChromaDB).
• Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architecture, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts and SQL/NoSQL databases.
