Job description

We’re looking for an AI video creator who understands that the best AI-generated work should not look AI-generated.

You should combine new-generation AI tools with strong storytelling, visual judgement, editing and sound to create videos that feel believable, cinematic and professionally finished.

Skills we’re looking for:

• - Strong understanding of video storytelling, composition and cinematography
• - Hands‑on experience with current high‑realism AI video models such as Google Veo 3.1, Runway Gen-4.5, Seedance 2.5, Kling, Hailuo/MiniMax and WAN, or equivalent emerging models
• - Strong text‑to‑video and image‑to‑video prompting
• - Ability to achieve realistic human movement, expressions, lighting, environments and camera motion
• - Character and visual consistency across multiple shots
• - Ability to combine AI footage with real footage, graphics, motion and VFX
• - Strong editing, pacing, transitions, sound design and music sense
• - Comfortable creating political communication, corporate films, development‑sector content, explainers, campaigns and short‑form videos
• - Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools
• - Constantly experimenting with newer AI models and production workflows

A note on portfolios: We are especially interested in creators who can use AI without making the final video look obviously AI-generated. AI artifacts, unnatural movement, inconsistent faces, plastic‑looking people and generic cinematic shots are not what we are looking for.

The final output should feel intentional, believable and professionally crafted.

Role: Full-time, On-site

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and capability
