Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Multimedia, with the ability to manage end-to-end video projects.
• Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Post-Production, including color correction, sound design, and format optimization.
• Experience with Motion Graphics and related tools to create dynamic visual elements and overlays.
• Familiarity with AI-based video creation tools and workflows is highly beneficial.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools).
• Ability to translate brand and marketing objectives into clear, engaging video content.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities include planning video concepts, using AI tools to generate and enhance video assets, creating motion graphics, and managing multimedia elements to align with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with marketing, design, and operations teams to create engaging promotional content, explainer videos, and social media campaigns. The AI Video Creator will also optimize videos for various channels, maintain a consistent visual style, and stay updated on emerging AI and video production trends.
