Job summary

Hexaware Technologies in Chennai seeks an AI Tester (GenAI Evaluation) with 4–6 years of experience to lead GenAI evaluation efforts. You will implement Python-based evaluation frameworks, assess model and agent quality using industry tools, and ensure responsible AI validation along with observability setup.

Face-to-Face interviews are mandatory, and immediate joiners are preferred. This role requires strong GenAI system understanding and hands-on Python expertise to drive robust evaluation

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of GenAI system architecture (RAG / Agents)
• Implement python-based AI Evaluation frameworks like Ragas, DeepEval, etc
• Perform Model & Agent quality evaluation using tools like Arize, LangFuse, ConfidentAI, etc
• Perform Responsible AI validation & report RAI metrics
• Golden dataset curation & Synthetic dataset generation
• Ability to instrument & establish AI Observability / Tracing using OTEL libraries
• Expert in Python
