Qeagle Assurance seeks an experienced AI Test Architect with 10+ years of IT experience to design AI-powered testing strategies in Chennai. You will craft end-to-end QA solutions, mentor teams, and steer enterprise PoCs across cloud platforms.

With deep expertise in Selenium, Playwright, LLMs, and AI agents, you will shape testing frameworks, governance, and scalable architectures while collaborating with business, DevOps, and security stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT/software engineering experience.
• Strong Test Automation, Quality Engineering & Generative AI experience.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and AI-assisted testing.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI-powered testing and quality engineering solutions aligned with enterprise business requirements.
• Architect intelligent test automation solutions using Selenium, Playwright, LLMs, AI Agents, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted testing frameworks.
• Evaluate and select testing frameworks, AI models, and automation technologies for enterprise quality engineering use cases.
• Integrate automation solutions with APIs, CI/CD pipelines, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms.
• Define test architecture standards covering security, scalability, performance, governance, and cost optimization.
• Lead PoCs and enterprise implementation of AI-driven testing solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor QA Automation, SDET, and Quality Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with business, development, DevOps, cloud, security, and technology stakeholders.

• Knowledge of OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, LangChain / LlamaIndex / Semantic Kernel.
• Strong Test Architecture, API Automation, CI/CD, Microservices & Cloud Architecture skills.
• Understanding of AI-assisted testing, LLMOps, AI Governance, Responsible AI & Security.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills
