Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced AI Technology Architect to design, govern, and scale enterprise AI solutions across the organization. You will define AI architecture standards, drive technical excellence, and enable the successful adoption of AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies across business functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, or Solution Architecture.
• Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI.
• Experience with Azure AI, AWS AI, Google Cloud AI, or equivalent cloud AI platforms.
• Experience with MLOps, containerization, APIs, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise integration.
• Strong delivery management of AI platform architecture, scalability, and production deployment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certifications.
• Experience with enterprise governance and security frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Preferred: SAP S/4HANA transformation exposure
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) and global delivery experience

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural guidance throughout the solution lifecycle-from design and development to deployment and production support.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver scalable and resilient AI platforms.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote architecture best practices across the organization.
