Job summary

Qbadvisory in Kolkata is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to drive the design and development of Agentic AI solutions for global clients. You will shape technical strategy, mentor engineering teams, and build scalable AI products leveraging LLMs, knowledge graphs, and vector databases.

The role focuses on production-ready RAG architectures, AI workflow automation, and integration with enterprise systems, with emphasis on governance, security, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience designing enterprise AI platforms and LLM-driven systems.
• Strong knowledge of AI pipelines, data engineering, and cloud services.

Job Summary

Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions, intelligent automation platforms, and production-ready RAG architectures. Drive technical strategy, mentor engineering teams, and build scalable AI products leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Knowledge Graphs, Vector Databases, and modern AI frameworks for global enterprise clients.

• Architect and build enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions.
• Design and optimize production-ready RAG pipelines and intelligent retrieval systems.
• Lead technical design decisions and mentor AI engineering teams.
• Develop scalable AI products integrating LLMs with enterprise systems.

Required Qualifications
