Job summary

This role combines hands-on coding with strategic ownership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and strong execution discipline. You will lead cross-functional teams, set engineering standards, review designs for security and production readiness, and drive ROI-driven AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI/ML architectures for enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on Python development and cloud engineering expertise.
• Strong familiarity with LLMs, RAG, and GenAI frameworks.
• Practical MLOps/DevOps knowledge enabling production-grade AI systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technical strategy.

• Proven track record in agile delivery of complex AI initiatives.
