Key Responsibilities

• Track issues end-to-end and communicate solutions effectively to customers.
• Educate customers on best practices and proper usage of the platform.
• Document recurring issues, solutions, and insights to improve internal knowledge bases and customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
