Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and services.

• Evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy.

Job description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated AI Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing AI team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python development, and modern AI frameworks. You will work on developing intelligent applications, Large Language Model (LLM) solutions, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and scalable AI-powered products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science (DS), Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML application development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Good understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as ChromaDB, FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Git, Docker, and CI/CD fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with Redis, Celery, WebSockets, or Kafka is a plus.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment.
• Exposure to AI monitoring, model evaluation, and observability
