Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Pune seeks an experienced AI FinOps Consultant/Manager to deploy AI-powered FinOps agents and drive cost governance across cloud platforms. You will design dashboards, track KPIs, and develop playbooks to realize savings and improve chargeback accuracy.

The role requires 6+ years in AI, cloud and IT financial management, MBA/MMS and BE/BTech, plus FinOps certification and Azure/AWS/GCP cost tooling expertise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience with 4+ years in AI, cloud and IT financial management.
• Post-graduation in MBA/MMS and graduation in B.E / B.Tech.
• FinOps Certified Practitioner is a must and Cloud certifications – Azure preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI & Azure native cost tools in dashboards & reports.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-powered FinOps agents for cost governance, reporting, anomaly management and optimization.
• Set up and track FinOps KPIs, evidence packs and realized savings trackers.
• Produce and evolve FinOps playbooks, enablement materials and end-user accelerators.
• Strengthen tagging hygiene and cost allocation for showback/chargeback across accounts, subscriptions and products.
• Demonstrate TBM-aligned governance and drive cost transparency across cloud environments.

A FinOps Consultant shall bring considerable experience in the areas of Cloud & AI financial reporting and benefit tracking. The Consultant should be able to: Design and deploy AI-powered FinOps agents for different cost governance practices such as cost reporting, anomaly management, tagging and cost optimization Strengthening tagging hygiene standards and cost allocation improving showback & chargeback across accounts/subscription & products enhancing the TBM-aligned governance.
