Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing AI systems. The role involves developing AI strategies, creating architectural designs, and overseeing AI project implementations. Responsibilities include selecting AI models, optimizing performance, and ensuring ethical AI practices.

Role Description

The ideal candidate will have experience developing models, fine-tuning performance, integrating with existing systems, and deploying data science models into production.

Key duties include:

1. Architecting and implementing scalable AI and ML models.
2. Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to build data pipelines and systems.
3. Understanding business needs and identifying AI opportunities.
4. Utilizing cloud platforms like Azure and AWS for deployment and scaling.
5. Integrating AI models into existing infrastructures.
6. Staying updated with AI/ML advancements.
7. Communicating effectively with diverse teams.
8. Mentoring team members with hands-on technical guidance.

Core/Must Have Skills

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering, or Mathematics.
• 12+ years of Python experience for AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in machine learning algorithms, techniques, and frameworks.
• Experience with large language models like OpenAI or equivalents.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms, including ML services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have Skills

• Proficiency in prompt engineering for large language models.
• Experience with Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, or AWS equivalents.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.
