Qualifications

We are looking for a dynamic AI Solution Architect who can understand client challenges, design impactful AI strategies, and lead successful POCs and enterprise-level deployments.

Role Overview

As an AI Solution Architect, you will act as the bridge between clients and our AI engineering teams. You will be responsible for translating complex business problems into AI-powered solutions, creating robust solution architectures, and leading the delivery of POCs that demonstrate real business value. This is a strategic and client-facing leadership role, combining business consulting, technical expertise, and delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Problem-Solving: Work directly with clients to deeply understand their workflows, challenges, and compliance needs. Conduct discovery workshops to identify high-value AI use cases and define business impact.
• Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end AI solutions, including data strategy, model selection, cloud architecture, and integration layers.
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and compliance standards, especially for BFSI clients.
• POC Delivery & Leadership: Lead Proof of Concept (POC) and pilot projects from strategy to execution. Define success metrics, scope, and timelines while ensuring quick and measurable results.
• Pre-Sales & Stakeholder Management: Partner with business teams to prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and participate in client pitches. Present AI roadmaps and demo solutions to senior stakeholders and CXO-level executives.
• Continuous Innovation: Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies, LLM advancements, and BFSI trends. Recommend new frameworks and approaches to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 6 - 15 years in AI/ML solutioning, with at least 3+ years in client-facing BFSI or enterprise environments.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
• Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, Hugging Face, etc.
• Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of API integrations, microservices, and data governance.

Domain Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of BFSI processes such as KYC, fraud detection, risk management, and regulatory workflows.

Soft Skills

• Exceptional communication and client presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex technical solutions into simple business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-driven BFSI or FinTech projects.
• Certifications in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with RBI, SEBI, and global compliance regulations.
• Willingness to travel internationally, especially to Dubai, for client engagements.
