Job summary

Garrett Motion in India seeks an experienced software engineer to develop and enhance AI-powered applications across the software lifecycle. You will design, prototype, code, test, and document solutions while applying AI-assisted development practices to improve productivity and quality.

You will collaborate with Team Lead and stakeholders, ensure adherence to standards, maintain technical docs, and contribute to incident resolution and continuous improvement in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of software development experience.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of AI-assisted coding and testing.
• Proficient in SQL, Angular, and data integration concepts.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the development of technology solutions through the creation of new applications and enhancement of existing software, with mandatory and extensive use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) throughout the software development lifecycle. Designs, prototypes, develops, tests, debugs, documents, and implements software applications in accordance with business and technical requirements. Leverages AI-assisted development tools and practices to improve productivity, code quality, innovation, and delivery speed. Ensures all applications are developed in compliance with applicable Garrett development standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.
