Weekday AI is seeking an experienced AI SEO Engineer – Search Everywhere Builder to drive enterprise SEO across AI-powered and traditional search ecosystems from Pune, India. You will blend SEO expertise with engineering and automation to create scalable, production-ready digital experiences.

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking AI SEO Engineer – Search Everywhere Builder to drive the next generation of enterprise SEO through a combination of SEO expertise, engineering, AI, automation, and agentic technologies.

The ideal candidate will be an SEO-first professional who thinks like an engineer and can transform search requirements into scalable, automated, and production-ready digital experiences. You will focus on improving discoverability and organic growth across traditional search, AI-powered search, social platforms, marketplaces, video platforms, and other emerging search ecosystems.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead enterprise SEO strategy across content, keyword ecosystems, information architecture, search intent, topical authority, and organic growth.
• Develop and execute Search Everywhere strategies across Google Search, AI search engines, LLMs, social search, marketplaces, video platforms, and internal search experiences.
• Partner with Technical SEO, Product, Engineering, Content, Analytics, and UX teams to embed SEO throughout the product and content lifecycle.
• Develop SEO and GEO best practices, governance frameworks, and AI-first operating models for scalable execution.
• Build and deploy AI agents, automation workflows, and pipelines to improve SEO productivity and reduce repetitive manual execution.
• Leverage AI and automation to accelerate content production while maintaining quality, relevance, and governance standards.
• Develop scalable strategies across multiple business verticals, website templates, content types, and customer journeys.
• Strengthen internal linking, entity SEO, topical authority, programmatic SEO, and search intent optimisation.
• Continuously research emerging changes in search engines, LLMs, AI search, and generative search experiences.
• Prototype, test, measure, and productionise innovative SEO solutions and workflows.
• Use data and search performance insights to identify opportunities for improved visibility, traffic, engagement, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate SEO requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Establish repeatable systems and processes that enable SEO execution at enterprise scale.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• 3–5 years of hands-on Enterprise SEO experience, ideally managing large-scale websites and demonstrating measurable impact on organic growth and business outcomes.
• Strong expertise in SEO, keyword strategy, information architecture, search intent mapping, topical authority, and internal linking.
• Strong understanding of Entity SEO, Programmatic SEO, and Search Everywhere optimisation.
• Experience developing and scaling SEO strategies across multiple business verticals, templates, content ecosystems, and customer journeys.
• Deep understanding of Google Search, AI Search, LLMs, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise SEO platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
• Experience using AI/LLM platforms, agentic frameworks, and automation tools to improve SEO workflows.
• Comfortable working with programming or engineering technologies to build and scale SEO solutions.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret search data, identify opportunities, and measure SEO impact.
• Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to rapidly prototype, test, learn, and productionise new solutions.
