MRI Software is seeking an experienced AI Senior Developer/Team Lead in India to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models across NLP, Vision, and structured data. You will architect Azure-based AI services, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with global teams to advance MRI's PropTech platform.

You will lead experiments with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and multi-modal AI solutions, shaping the AI strategy and delivering production-ready solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI/ML development across NLP, Vision, or ML.
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face) and transformers.
• Strong Python and API/microservices background.
• Experience deploying AI models in Azure with MLOps practices.
