Role Description The AI & Robotics Trainer will design and deliver engaging, hands-on lessons in artificial intelligence, robotics, and related STEM topics for K–12 and bachelor-level students. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating project-based learning activities, conducting live classroom sessions, and guiding students through experiments, coding tasks, and robotics builds. The trainer will assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and levels. Additional duties include maintaining lab equipment, collaborating with academic coordinators on curriculum improvements, and staying current with developments in AI, robotics, and educational technology. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Himatnagar.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong technical skills in AI, robotics, programming (such as Python, C/C++ or block-based coding), and familiarity with common robotics kits and sensors.
• Candidates should possess skills in curriculum design, lesson planning, and creating project-based or activity-driven learning materials for school and college students.
• Candidates should possess classroom management, training, and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, age-appropriate ways.
• Candidates should possess communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse learners and collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Education, or a related field, and prior teaching or training experience in STEM or EdTech will be highly beneficial.
• Additional preferred skills include familiarity with educational technology tools, experience conducting workshops or camps, and a demonstrated passion for mentoring young learners.
