As an AI QE Engineer - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality engineering within our Software and Product Innovation team. You will focus on implementing leading practice standards in software development and testing processes, using your experience to identify and resolve defects, optimize performance, and enhance user experience. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills in quality engineering to deliver innovative software products and solutions. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Hands‑on use of GenAI/AI tools (2 tools are must :GitHub CoPilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, Gemini) for software testing — requirements analysis, test scenario identification, test‑case generation, test‑data generation, automation code generation, execution support and defect analysis
• Ability to create and refine prompts/context for generating test scenarios, test cases, automation scripts, test data and defect analysis.

Understanding of LLMs, tokens/context windows, hallucinations, temperature, grounding and prompt/context management

• Ability to develop and maintain automation with AI assistance (Playwright with MCP, Selenium with MCP Tosca, Karate, REST Assured). Experience in connecting to MCP server.
• TypeScript/JavaScript, Java or Python, AWS, Azure or GCP, Test Management(Jira, Azure DevOps, Xray, Zephyr or equivalent)
• Demonstrating proficiency in Quality Assurance Engineering and Testing
• Utilizing Selenium for browser automation and software testing
• Excelling in compatibility and performance testing methodologies
