Job summary

HP is seeking an AI Product & Project Management Lead to drive AI products from opportunity through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. You will blend product thinking with project management and technical knowledge to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage priorities, and measure impact, helping HP achieve targeted value, efficiency, and user satisfaction across enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in product management or technology delivery.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled products or enterprise automation solutions.
• Hands-on technical experience with APIs, cloud platforms, and application infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Defines product vision, roadmaps, and project plans aligned with business objectives.
• Identifies and prioritizes AI opportunities based on user needs, business value, technical feasibility, and data readiness.
• Translates business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
• Manages scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Partners with engineers and architects on solution design, enterprise integrations, cloud requirements, and technical tradeoffs.
• Defines success measures and coordinates AI evaluation, testing, and business acceptance.
• Works with IT, security, and compliance teams to address data privacy, access controls, and responsible AI requirements.
• Leads stakeholder communication, rollout planning, user training, and adoption.
• Tracks product performance, user feedback, costs, and realized benefits to guide improvements.
• Coordinates cross-functional delivery and resolves issues to maintain progress and accountability.

AI Product \ Project Management Lead Description - AI Product & Project Lead

This role is responsible for managing AI products and projects from opportunity identification through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. It combines product thinking, project management, and technical understanding to translate business needs into practical AI solutions. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages priorities and execution, and drives measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Defines product vision, roadmaps, and project plans aligned with business objectives.

Identifies and prioritizes AI and automation opportunities based on user needs, business value, technical feasibility, and data readiness.

Education & Experience

Recommended Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Typically has 7–10 years of relevant experience in product management, product management, technology delivery, or business transformation.

Experience delivering AI-enabled products or enterprise automation solutions into production.

Working knowledge of programming concepts, APIs, cloud platforms, and application infrastructure; hands‑on technical experience is an advantage.

Preferred Certifications

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Product Management Certification AI or Cloud Platform Certification
