• Define AI/ML capabilities and add AI features in domain products from market perspective.

• Enable technical and economic success of products with PLM, pre-sales and sales teams.
• Ensure timelines, quality, cost and scope adherence for assigned products.
• Manage business opportunities, break them into features and stories.
• Identify and mitigate risks; manage stakeholder engagement and customer interactions.
• Guide and coach team members on product goals, including technical aspects.

• Define AI/ML and add AI functionalities in domain product(s) from a market point of view in collaboration with product lifecycle managers.
• Discover customer problems suitable for AI solutions and identify high-value AI use cases and opportunities.
• Enable technical and economic success of the responsible product(s) in collaboration with PLM, pre-sales, and sales teams.
• Ensure adherence to timeline, quality, cost, and defined scope for assigned product(s)
• Manage business opportunities of the product, prioritize, break them down into features, user stories and technical stories.
• Manage risks and perform risk mitigation activities
• Perform stakeholder management and customer engagement activities
• Guide and coach team members to achieve common goals of the product including technical aspects.

• B.E/ B. Tech/ MCA/ M.E/ M. Tech/MSc Computer Science
• Knowledge and Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in software products including experience of leading product development.
• Good knowledge of AI/ML
• Good to have cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
• Mandatory experience in electrical domain and exposure to energy market trends
• Software design & development knowledge will add weightage.
• Strong product creation knowledge and market orientation
• Strong knowledge and experience in Agile/DevOps practices
• Drive positive mindset and culture in the team
• Understand business needs and translate them into solutions
• Effectively communicate, influence, and interact with various stakeholder.
