Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management/Product Ownership.
• Experience delivering AI, Generative AI, ML, or Intelligent Automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, data science, and UX teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities and translate into prioritized requirements.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Product Owner to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of AI-powered customer solutions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of operating independently, managing senior stakeholders, and translating business priorities into actionable product roadmaps.

This role requires a hands-on Product Owner who can rapidly understand complex customer needs, define AI-driven products and features, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, data scientists, and UX teams to deliver AI-enabled customer solutions.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities and translate them into prioritized product requirements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements for development teams.
• Drive product discovery, experimentation, and validation using data-driven approaches.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and release planning activities.
• Measure product success through KPIs, customer outcomes, and business value realization.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectively across business and technology teams.
• Ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives and customer experience goals.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Product Management/Product Ownership experience.
• Experience delivering AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Intelligent Automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience writing detailed user stories and managing product backlogs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering and data teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Retail Banking domains.
• Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, Conversational AI, RAG architectures, or AI Agents.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS AI, Google Vertex AI, or equivalent AI platforms.
• Certifications in Product Management, Agile, Scrum, or AI-related disciplines.
