Job summary

Live Your Best Life (LYBL) is seeking a sharp AI Product Manager with 2 to 4 years of product experience to lead AI-driven initiatives. You will build and scale intelligent features from scratch, translating health data into user-friendly AI experiences for patients and providers.

You will collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, UX Designers, and clinical advisors to own end-to-end product strategy, ensure high accuracy, and drive revenue initiatives in a fast-paced HealthTech startup.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of core Product Management experience.
• Experience conceptualizing, building, and launching AI/ML features from scratch.
• Experience in HealthTech (digital health, telemedicine, diagnostics, or wellness).
• Knowledge of Agentic AI and Generative AI.
• Deep understanding of the AI development lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, LLMs, and integration.
• Comfort with ambiguity, rapid prototyping, and iteration.

About The Role

We are looking for a sharp, growth-minded AI Product Manager with 2 to 4 years of product experience to lead our AI-driven product initiatives. The role is expected to explore and come up with new revenue generation initiatives. You will take ownership of building and scaling intelligent features from scratch, translating complex health data into seamless, user-centric AI experiences. If you have a track record of taking AI/ML features from 0-to-1 in the HealthTech space and thrive in a fast-paced environment where software meets human well-being, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

• Build intelligent user experiences across clinical workflows, personalized care plans, symptom check/triage, or preventive health systems.
• Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into intuitive, simple interfaces that build trust with users and healthcare providers.
• Partner closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, UX Designers, and Medical/Clinical advisors to build high-accuracy AI models.
• Lead the end-to-end strategy, discovery, design, and execution of AI-powered features and products from scratch.
• Define model requirements, training datasets, acceptance criteria, and feedback loops to continuously improve AI precision, guardrails, and compliance.
• Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into intuitive, simple interfaces that build trust with users and healthcare providers.
• Track key product and model performance metrics (e.g., accuracy, precision/recall, latency, user retention, and engagement).

What We Look For

• 2 to 4 years of core Product Management experience.
• Proven track record of conceptualizing, building, and launching AI/ML features from scratch.
• Prior experience in the HealthTech space (digital health, modern science, telemedicine, diagnostics, or wellness platforms).
• Agentic Ai and Generative AI related experience and knowledge.
• Deep understanding of the AI development lifecycle (data collection, annotation, model training, evaluation, prompt engineering/LLMs, and integration).
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, validating hypotheses quickly with prototypes, and running rapid iterations.
