Weekday is seeking an AI Product Manager in Bengaluru to lead the development and launch of AI-enabled solutions. You will translate business goals into actionable roadmaps and work with data scientists, engineers, and design teams to ensure strong evaluation frameworks and user-centric features.

You will drive data-driven decisions from prototype to production, align stakeholders, and champion responsible AI practices, while delivering on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of product management experience in AI or related tech domains.
• Proven expertise in building and scaling evaluation frameworks for ML models.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into product decisions.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and data science.
• Experience with agile product development methodologies and tooling (Jira, Confluence).
• Passion for staying current with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven features and services.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and scaling.

• Coordinate with engineering, design, and QA to ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.

• Communicate product updates, goals, and outcomes to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Monitor market trends and emerging AI technologies to inform product positioning and differentiation.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and partnership plans.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterate on product enhancements based on data insights.
