Job summary

Meraki Labs is seeking an experienced product/tech leader to own the AI agent for research workflows, defining vision, strategy and roadmap.

You will build a modular agent platform across domains, lead cross-functional teams, and work with designers to translate requirements into tangible prototypes.

The role emphasizes prompt engineering, AI evaluation, and system-level metrics, with a hands-on approach to deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software development with tech leadership or product management.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, orchestration and AI architectures.
• Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning and AI evaluation techniques.
• Hands-on with LLM agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent.
• Experience leading product design through the full lifecycle, from concept and wireframes to MVP and final release.

• Use analytical skills, business judgment and strategic thinking to create world-class experiences.
• Take initiative, plan efficiently and avoid analysis paralysis.
• Proactively fill communication gaps across the team.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in software development in technical leadership, product management or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, orchestration and modern AI architectures.
• Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning and AI evaluation techniques.
• Hands-on experience with LLM agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent.
• Experience leading product design through the full lifecycle, from concept and wireframes to MVP and final release.
• Comfort defining and optimising system-level metrics such as accuracy, completion rate, latency and user trust.
• Experience working with engineering teams to define, scope and prioritise requirements.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver on tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
• Clear, persuasive communication, with the ability to drive alignment and decisions at multiple levels.
• Preferred: BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
