Job summary

Scispace in Bengaluru, India seeks an AI Engineer to own and drive AI agent workflows and product roadmaps end-to-end. You will build scalable, modular AI-agent experiences and partner with Engineering, NLP, Design and Growth to deliver AI-first products.

You will work on prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and agent optimization, translating user problems into structured requirements. Strong collaboration with engineering and a bias for fast delivery in a dynamic environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in AI engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI workflows.
• Hands-on expertise with LLM evals.
• Hands-on exposure to prompt engineering and AI evaluation systems.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI agent frameworks.
• Strong collaboration with engineering teams on AI product development.
