- Understand user personas, workflows, pain points, and business objectives.
- Gather requirements through structured interviews and stakeholder collaboration.
- Convert ambiguous ideas into clear product requirements.
- Prioritize features based on business impact and customer value.
- Create product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
