Biz4Group is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead end-to-end product delivery for AI-powered solutions, transforming client engagements into scalable product-thinking engagements.

You will own the complete lifecycle from discovery to deployment, aligning customer needs, business goals, AI capabilities, and delivery excellence, while collaborating with AI engineers to deliver production-ready features for global clients.

Qualifikationen

6–12 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Digital Product Delivery.
Proven experience delivering enterprise software products.
Experience managing AI-powered or data-driven products is highly preferred.
Experience working with global clients.
Strong understanding of Agile product development.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an AI Product Manager who can lead end-to-end product delivery while transforming client projects into product-thinking engagements.

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Product Manager who believes every client engagement should be managed like a product—not just a project.

You will own the complete product lifecycle, from discovery to deployment, ensuring that customer needs, business goals, AI capabilities, engineering excellence, and delivery execution remain aligned throughout the journey.

The ideal candidate understands that successful delivery is not about completing tasks—it is about creating business outcomes, maximizing customer value, and building scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

Own the complete product lifecycle from discovery to production.
Translate business challenges into product opportunities.
Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics.
Drive customer-centric decision-making throughout development.
Ensure every delivered feature creates measurable business value.

Product-Led Client Delivery

Treat every client project as a product with long-term scalability and maintainability.
Shift conversations from feature requests to business outcomes.
Define product strategy alongside delivery planning.
Balance customer expectations, engineering constraints, timelines, and business goals.
Identify opportunities to convert custom solutions into reusable product capabilities.

AI Product Management

Identify where AI creates measurable business value instead of adding unnecessary complexity.
Define AI-powered workflows, intelligent automation, copilots, and AI agents.
Collaborate with AI engineers to deliver production-ready AI features.
Understand LLM capabilities, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MCP, and enterprise AI integrations.

Customer Discovery

Conduct discovery workshops with customers.
Understand user personas, workflows, pain points, and business objectives.
Gather requirements through structured interviews and stakeholder collaboration.
Convert ambiguous ideas into clear product requirements.
Prioritize features based on business impact and customer value.
Create product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Define MVPs and incremental release strategies.
Balance innovation, customer requests, and technical feasibility.

Delivery Leadership

Work closely with Engineering Managers, Architects, Designers, QA, AI Engineers, and Customer Success teams.
Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and product reviews.
Ensure predictable and high-quality releases.

Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary bridge between customers, engineering, leadership, and business teams.
Present product updates, roadmap progress, risks, and recommendations.
Manage expectations through transparent communication.

Product Analytics

Define and monitor KPIs, product adoption, customer engagement, delivery efficiency, and business outcomes.
Use data to prioritize product improvements.
Drive continuous product optimization through customer feedback and analytics.

Required Experience
