About the role

We're hiring AI Builders: AI-first people from product, data or business backgrounds who find a real business problem, ship a working AI solution themselves, and get it adopted. Think an early-career founder, founding PM or analyst who already builds with AI on the side or full-time, not an engineer who waits for a spec. You won't own one layer of a system. You'll own an outcome: talk to the team with the problem, decide what to build, put together a v1 with modern AI tools (code, no-code or agents, whatever is fastest), and drive it until people actually use it.

Who you are

You're AI-first. AI is your default way to research, build and ship, not an add-on. You try new models and tools early and have a view on what's useful and what's hype. You've built something from zero. You founded something, joined a founding team or launched your own side product, and can say what happened to it. You start from the problem. You can explain who had it, how you knew it was real and what metric moved. You build with your own hands. You've shipped AI-powered products or workflows yourself, with code, agents or no-code, and can show them. You get things adopted. You've taken something from launch to real users, inside a company or in the market. You communicate crisply. You can explain a messy problem and your call on it in five minutes. You own outcomes. No spec, no owner, no problem: you make the call and move.

Good to have

• A startup or side venture you started that got real users, revenue or funding
• Product or GTM experience in fintech, payments or consumer
• Founding-team experience in go-to-market: positioning, first customers, pricing
• A data science, analytics or engineering background, enough to debate trade-offs with engineers
• A public trail: a blog, talks, open-source work or products people can try
