Job summary

KatalAiser is seeking a Data & AI Presales Consultant in Bengaluru/Chennai with 5–8 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales. You will articulate data and AI strategies and demonstrate GenAI capabilities to enterprise customers.

You will work closely with sales teams, product, engineering, and delivery to design customer-specific architectures, deliver demos, PoCs, and RFP/RFI responses, and articulate the business value of AI and data solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of presales or solution consulting experience.
• Strong data, AI, analytics or Gen AI expertise.
• Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and AI agents.
• Experience designing and presenting enterprise tech solutions.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business challenges and requirements.
• Design and present Data, AI, and Generative AI solution architectures.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations.
• Develop PoCs, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documents.
• Explain the business value and technical capabilities of AI and data solutions to enterprise customers.
• Work with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
• Support opportunity qualification, discovery sessions, solution design, and commercial discussions.
• Demonstrate expertise in GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, and AI platforms.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Support customer meetings, industry events, webinars, and technical workshops.
• Assist the sales team in converting qualified opportunities into successful business wins.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data & AI Presales Consultant with 5–8 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales, with strong expertise in Data, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and enterprise technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, sales teams, and technical stakeholders to understand business requirements, design solution propositions, conduct product demonstrations, and support the complete presales lifecycle.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Technical Sales, or a related customer-facing technology role.
• Strong experience in Data, AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, or Generative AI solutions.
• Hands‑on understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Agents.
• Experience in designing and presenting enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong experience in customer‑facing presentations, product demonstrations, PoCs, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Good understanding of cloud AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Strong communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
