Job summary

TRUGlobal in Bengaluru, India, seeks a senior AI Practice & Delivery Head to shape the strategy, go-to-market, and delivery of AI solutions across the organization, with a strong engineering background in product or platform engineering.

You will lead AI presales, solution architecture, and enterprise AI deployments for global clients, build and scale the AI practice, and mentor senior engineers and AI architects while driving AI-led business growth.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of total experience in engineering, AI, data platforms, or advanced analytics.
• Prior experience as an AI Solution Architect with strong engineering depth.
• Background in product engineering or platform engineering (not purely traditional IT services delivery).
• Proven experience building and scaling AI practices within technology or services organizations.
• Experience leading presales, GTM strategy, and client-facing solutioning.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, data platforms, and cloud AI ecosystems.
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise AI solutions and managed services engagements.
• Experience travelling frequently to the US and working with global clients.
• Ability to operate at the intersection of engineering, delivery, and business growth.
• Strong client engagement and executive communication skills.
• Track record of building high-performing engineering and AI architecture teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the AI strategy, roadmap, and service offerings.

Job description

We are seeking a senior AI Practice & Delivery Head to lead the strategy, go-to-market, and delivery of AI solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will come from a strong engineering background (product or platform engineering) and have previously worked as an AI Solution Architect before moving into leadership.

This role will be responsible for building the AI practice, driving AI-led business growth, leading presales and solutioning, and delivering enterprise AI solutions for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the AI strategy, roadmap, and service offerings for the organization.

Go-To-Market & Presales

• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients on AI transformation and adoption.
• Lead client-facing engagements including architecture reviews, solution workshops, and executive briefings.
• Collaborate with account teams to expand AI-led services and managed service opportunities.
