Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an AI Native Software Engineer to build and ship AI-powered enterprise software. You will work across back-end and front-end stacks, integrating AI copilots and LLM tools for rapid delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.

You will collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to accelerate development, apply AI-native practices across SDLC, and deliver scalable solutions that meet business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (copilots, LLM-based coding assistants).
• Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations focus on integration, not model training.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
