Job summary

Accenture is hiring an AI Native Software Engineer for our Chennai office. You will build and ship production-ready software with AI at the core, applying AI-native practices across the development lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor juniors, and lead initiatives to integrate AI components into software solutions while ensuring quality and compliance. Minimum 7.5 years of Java Full Stack experience required.

Qualifications

The workday includes validating solutions to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards, collaborating with various teams to enhance software development practices, and continuously refining operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in software delivery.
