BJohny Productions is looking for a skilled AI Music Video Editor to collaborate on upcoming English pop music projects. If you have experience in end-to-end AI video production and a passion for crafting cinematic, emotionally driven music videos, this could be an excellent creative fit.

The new videos are expected to be at least 10× higher in visual quality and editing sophistication compared to the previously published content.

Requirements

• Proven intermediate-level experience in music video production, editing, and AI-driven workflows (pop / electronic preferred)
• Ability to craft videos as a cohesive mix of AI-generated visuals and real footage frames, using provided audio, raw clips, creative direction, and references, all tightly synchronized with the music’s emotion and structure
• Strong sense of music pacing, emotion, and visual storytelling
• Experience working remotely and collaborating closely with artists
• Proficiency in Google Flow or comparable AI video tools
• Comfortable delivering, per song: two short-form videos (30s, 9:16) and one full-length music video (3–4 min, 16:9)
• Flexible and open to feedback-based iteration
• Self-driven, reliable, and capable of owning projects end-to-end
• Interested in a long‑term creative collaboration if the partnership grows well

Compensation and Work Structure

• Project‑based collaboration (not formal employment)
• ₹6K‑10K per song depending on deliverables, level of expertise, and timelines. (Includes full production, editing, and revisions. Google Flow access and AI Pro subscription provided separately)
• Saturday: Flexible. Ideally, sometime between 10 AM and 10 PM IST
• Monday–Friday: Flexible, with possible sync time between 9 PM and 11 PM IST

• This is a work‑for‑hire agreement; all rights belong to BJohny Productions (Proper credits will be given to the editor on published videos)
• Engagement is per‑song, with no long‑term obligation.
