Job summary

Sierra Learning Academy is seeking a Senior AI/ML Trainer to design and deliver a comprehensive curriculum covering AI, Machine Learning, and Big Data from fundamentals to advanced applied concepts. You will lead classroom/online sessions, mentor junior trainers, and ensure learners build practical skills and strong conceptual understanding.

Responsibilities include designing modules on AI/ML fundamentals, conducting hands-on labs, and developing assessments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML (industry, academia, or training).
• Strong command of Python, Scikit‑learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and Big Data tools.
• Prior teaching/training/mentoring experience strongly preferred.

• Mentor and review content delivered by junior trainers
• Stay current with evolving AI/ML tools and update curriculum accordingly
• Evaluate learner projects and provide detailed, constructive feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML (industry, academia, or training)
• Strong command of Python, Scikit‑learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and Big Data tools
• Prior teaching/training/mentoring experience strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills — ability to simplify advanced topics
• Experience designing curriculum or training content is a plus
