Job summary

Optimum Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced AI/ML & Personalization Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, GenAI, data science, customer personalization, campaign decisioning, and automation initiatives in India. You will coordinate business and technology stakeholders to ensure governance, operational readiness, and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in PM, tech delivery, digital transformation, data, analytics, or AI initiatives.
• Proven experience managing AI/ML, GenAI, data science, personalization, or campaign optimization projects.
• Understanding of ML concepts, feature engineering, model validation, experimentation, MLOps, and model lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation, recommendation engines, propensity models, next-best-action, A/B testing, and campaign measurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage AI/ML, GenAI, data science, and personalization projects from requirements through deployment and post-production monitoring.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, KPIs, risks, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate with business, marketing, data science, AI/ML engineering, technology, architecture, security, risk, compliance, and operations teams.
• Drive project governance, maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate AI model development, validation, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, security, regulatory, and model risk requirements.
• Drive customer segmentation, personalized campaigns, recommendation models, next-best-action strategies, and campaign optimization.
• Track project delivery and business outcomes, including customer engagement, conversion, revenue uplift, adoption, and operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor deliverables and ensure smooth transition of implemented solutions into BAU operations.

• Manage AI/ML, GenAI, data science, and personalization projects from requirement gathering and planning through development, testing, deployment, and post-production monitoring.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, KPIs, risks, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate with business, marketing, data science, AI/ML engineering, technology, architecture, security, risk, compliance, and operations teams.
• Drive project governance, maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate AI model development, validation, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, security, regulatory, and model risk requirements.
• Drive customer segmentation, personalized campaigns, recommendation models, next-best-action strategies, and campaign optimization.

Required Experience & Skills

• 8+ years of experience in project management, technology delivery, digital transformation, data, analytics, or AI-related initiatives.
• Proven experience managing AI/ML, GenAI, data science, personalization, customer analytics, or campaign optimization projects.
• Practical understanding of ML concepts, feature engineering, model validation, experimentation, MLOps, and model lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation, recommendation engines, propensity models, next-best-action, A/B testing, and campaign measurement.
• Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, model risk, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, project planning, communication, risk management, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Banking, financial services, or fintech experience is preferred.

Preferred Tools & Certifications

• Other Tools: ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot, Python, SQL, Excel, and campaign management platforms.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile, PMI-CPMAI, or relevant AI/GenAI certifications.
