Job summary

Aptiv PLC is seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer to design and operate ML platforms on AWS for autonomous driving workloads. You will build scalable training and deployment environments, manage multi‑GPU Ray clusters and enforce infrastructure standards across compute, storage, and security.

Key responsibilities include orchestrating ML pipelines with Airflow and MLflow, supporting CI/CD via GitHub, and ensuring reproducible, traceable, and auditable ML workflows within automotive engineering

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with ML workloads on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate MLOps platforms on AWS supporting autonomous driving ML workloads.
• Implement and maintain highly available, multi‑zone training and deployment environments.
• Operate distributed, multi‑GPU training setups (e.g., Ray clusters).
• Assist in maintaining infrastructure standards for compute, storage, networking, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform‑level issues impacting ML productivity.
• Implement and maintain ML pipelines using Apache Airflow and MLflow.
• Support CI/CD pipelines for ML code, models, and infrastructure (GitHub‑based).
• Ensure ML workflows are reproducible, traceable, and auditable.

Your Role

• Build and operate MLOps platforms onAWSsupporting autonomous driving ML workloads

• Implement and maintainhighly available, multi‑zonetraining and deployment environments

• Operatedistributed, multi‑GPU training setups (e.g., Ray clusters)

• Assist in maintaining infrastructure standards for compute, storage, networking, and security

• Troubleshoot and resolve platform‑level issues impacting ML productivity

• Implement and maintain ML pipelines using:

  • Apache Airflowfor orchestration

  • MLflowfor experiment tracking, model versioning, and lifecycle management

• SupportCI/CD pipelinesfor ML code, models, and infrastructure (GitHub‑based)

• Ensure ML workflows are:

  • Reproducible

  • Traceable

  • Auditable (aligned with automotive engineering expectations)

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• 5+ years experience, Strong hands‑on experience withAWSfor ML workloads

• Practical experience with:

  • Multi‑GPU / distributed training(Ray or equivalent)

  • Kubernetes / EKS

  • Infrastructure as Code(Terraform)

  • AirflowandMLflow

• ProficientPythonfor automation, pipelines, and tooling

• Experience building and operatingCI/CD pipelines(GitHub)
