Job summary

Wipro in Bengaluru seeks a leader to define, architect and deliver ML and AI solutions across client engagements. You will drive PoCs, contribute to GTM strategies, and collaborate with ML engineers, data engineers and IT to evaluate deployment options.

With 5–8 years of experience in ML/AI delivery, you will mentor teams, manage onboarding and training, and help build a modern digital transformation practice at Wipro. This role is centered in an end-to-end solution delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI delivery.
• Proven ability to architect and lead ML/AI solutions from concept to production.
• Hands-on experience with Python and ML tooling is essential.

The purpose of the role is to define, architect and lead delivery of machine learning and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Demand generation through support in Solution development:
  • Support Go-To-Market strategy
  • Contribute to development solutions, proof of concepts aligned to key offerings to enable solution led sales
  • Collaborate with different colleges and institutes for research initiatives and provide data science courses
• Revenue generation through building & operationalizing Machine Learning, Deep Learning solutions:
  • Develop Machine Learning / Deep learning models for decision augmentation or for automation solutions
  • Collaborate with ML Engineers, Data engineers and IT to evaluate ML deployment options
• Team Management:
  • Talent Management
  • Support on boarding and training to enhance capability & effectiveness

• Revenue generation through delivery: Timeliness, customer success stories, customer use cases
