Job summary

Prophecy Technologies Corp in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced AI Engineering Lead to head Generative AI initiatives, deploy AI models, and guide a team of engineers from ideation to production.

You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, architect scalable AI systems, stay current with research, and drive ethical governance and innovation through hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers), agentic AI, and ML algorithms.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI models into production for clients.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and other ML libraries.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Experience leading AI hackathons or similar innovation-driven initiatives.
