• Experience with datasets, end-to-end ML workflows, and explaining complex ideas clearly.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and presentation skills with a student-focused approach.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/DS/AI or related field (or equivalent).
• Prior teaching or training experience in AI/ML is beneficial.

Role Description The AI/ML Instructor will deliver classroom-based instruction in Hyderabad, guiding students through core concepts in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning using practical examples and projects. This full-time, on-site role involves designing lesson plans, creating learning materials, and updating content to align with current industry standards and exam requirements where applicable. The instructor will conduct lectures, hands-on lab sessions, doubt-clearing discussions, and assessments to track student progress. They will collaborate with the academic and product teams to integrate AI/ML content into the broader learning ecosystem, provide regular feedback to learners, and support continuous improvement of teaching methodologies and curriculum.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in core AI/ML concepts such as supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and data preprocessing.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages and tools commonly used in AI/ML (e.g., Python, NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• Ability to design and deliver clear instructional content, including lectures, exercises, and projects tailored to varied learning levels.
• Experience working with datasets, building end-to-end ML workflows, and explaining complex technical ideas in simple, structured terms.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and presentation skills, with a student-focused and inclusive teaching approach.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience in AI/ML or related technical disciplines is highly beneficial.
• Comfort collaborating with curriculum designers, product teams, and academic staff to align course content with organizational goals.
