Job summary

Sourcebae in Pune is seeking an experienced AI/ML & GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy ML and Generative AI solutions for a financial services client. You will work hands-on with Python, ML frameworks, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines to deliver production-grade AI applications.

The role requires at least 6–10 years in AI/ML, strong production deployment skills, and collaboration with data scientists and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
• Develop and optimize ML models using Python and ML frameworks.
• Work with LLMs for enterprise AI use cases.
• Design and implement Prompt Engineering strategies.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Develop AI/ML applications integrating LLMs, APIs, and enterprise data sources.

• Optimize models and pipelines for performance, scalability, accuracy, and reliability.
