Job summary

Mizuho Pune is seeking a hands-on AI/ML Engineer with 5–8 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions in production environments. The role requires strong coding skills, practical ML experience, and expertise in building scalable AI applications using Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms.

You will work with LangChain, vector databases, RAG, MLOps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions for enterprise needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Python development and production-grade coding.
• Experience designing, training, and deploying ML/DL models.
• Practical experience with Generative AI, RAG, and LLM-based apps.
• Familiarity with LangChain, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP); Docker/Kubernetes and API development.
• Strong ML lifecycle knowledge (MLOps, CI/CD, MLflow).
• Experience with data processing, feature engineering, and large datasets (Pandas, PySpark).

Role Summary:

We are looking for a hands‑on AI/ML Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong coding skills, practical ML experience, and expertise in building scalable AI applications.

Must‑Have Skills & Responsibilities:

• Strong hands‑on experience in Python development with the ability to write clean, scalable, and production‑grade code.
• Design, develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models using frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Practical experience in building Generative AI and LLM-based applications, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Hands‑on expertise with LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.), and prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and API development.
• Strong understanding of MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, MLflow, and model lifecycle management.
• Experience working with SQL, data processing, feature engineering, and large‑scale datasets using tools such as Pandas and PySpark.
• Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions in production, from problem definition and model development to deployment, optimization, and support.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI/ML concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.

Preferred:

Experience with AI Agents, multi‑agent frameworks, Graph RAG, knowledge graphs, and enterprise‑scale AI solution development.
