Mesh Works Inc. is looking for an AI/ML Engineer based in Pune, India. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Python, and various AI libraries. You will play a crucial role in architecting multi-agent AI systems, optimizing AI solutions using Azure services, and implementing MLOps practices.

AI/ML Engineer

Location: Pune

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced AI models focused on procurement, engineering & supplier intelligence
• Architect and implement multi‑agent AI systems for automated decision‑making
• Build and optimize retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) systems integrated with LLMs and vector databases
• Develop scalable AI solutions using Azure AI services
• Fine‑tune models for optimal accuracy, efficiency, and latency
• Collaborate with the development team to deploy & maintain production AI systems
• Implement MLOps practices and feedback loops for continuous improvement

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering (startup or SaaS experience is a plus)
• Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing
• Deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
• Python and AI libraries (Hugging Face, LangChain)
• Strong understanding of Azure & OpenAI API Integration
• Multi‑agent systems & AI orchestration
