Job summary

INPRO is seeking a fresher AI/ML engineer in Pune, India, to design and build NLP pipelines, integrate models into products via APIs, and establish robust evals and guardrails. You will work on retrieval, prompt orchestration, and tools/agents, with emphasis on reliability and safety.

You will fine-tune LLMs/embeddings, craft prompts, and develop data/feature pipelines. Mentoring peers and documenting MLOps workflows will be part of the role, ensuring quality and observability across systems.

Qualifications

• Freshers welcome with relevant degree.
• Hands-on with NLP/ML pipelines and experimentation.
• Awareness of safety and reliability in ML/AI systems.

Responsibilities
